Our client in the Lancashire area is looking for a Qualified Social Worker for Adult Duty.

You key job duties will be:

• To act as Duty SW screening cocnerns in accordance with the Care act 2014 and with assistance formulating both risk and enquiring strategies
• Initial Assessment 
• To act as Safeguarding Enquiry Officer and undertake person centred enquiries and produce a report for case conference.
